Detailed Information

Straight (lama) blades are used in the film cutting line of thermoform and vacuum packaging machines. Manufactured from HSS M2 (DIN 1.3343 / AISI M2) high-speed steel.

Alloy Composition: 0.85% C, 6.15% W, 5.0% Mo, 4.15% Cr, 1.85% V — this composition achieves HRC 62-65 hardness through secondary hardening while offering thermal stability up to 600°C.
