The contour blade is a specially profiled blade that cuts film edges by following the profile in thermoform packaging machines. CNC-machined from high-carbon steel, achieving HRC 58-62 hardness through precision heat treatment.
Profile Geometry: Machine-specific contour profile precisely follows the film edge geometry. Delivers burr-free cutting — no cut marks on the package surface.
Coating Options:
- Standard: Polished bright surface, Ra ≤0.4 µm
