Full star punch blades create 2x wider ventilation patterns in vacuum packaging compared to half star. Manufactured from D2 tool steel.
Advantage: In MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) applications requiring rapid gas exchange, full star geometry accelerates gas transfer. Widely preferred in meat, cheese, and ready meal packaging.
Material: D2 cold work tool steel. Stable HRC 58-60 hardness through secondary hardening effect.
Compatible with all major thermoform and vacuum packaging machines.
