Detailed Information

Full star punch blades create 2x wider ventilation patterns in vacuum packaging compared to half star. Manufactured from D2 tool steel (1.55% C, 12% Cr, 0.85% Mo, 0.9% V).

Advantage: In MAP (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) applications requiring rapid gas exchange, full star geometry accelerates gas transfer. Widely preferred in meat, cheese, and ready meal packaging.

Material: DIN 1.2379 / AISI D2 — chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloyed cold work tool steel. Stable HRC 58-60 hardness through secondary hardening effect.
