Serrated (saw-tooth) blades are used for thick films, aluminum foil laminates, and rigid thermoplastic packages where straight blades would slip.
Tooth Geometry: The micro-serrated edge profile first pierces then cuts the material. This two-stage mechanism eliminates slip risk and creates a clean edge with every cut.
Material: High-carbon steel, HRC 58-62 hardness. Teeth are CNC-machined with precision, inter-tooth tolerance ±0.02mm.
