Slotted Slitting Blade – Carbon Steel

High carbon industrial slotted slitting blade. Unlike ordinary razor blades, manufactured from special steel alloy with high carbon content (0.85-1.00% C). Heat treatment in controlled atmosphere furnaces (austenitizing + quenching + tempering) achieves homogeneous martensitic microstructure. The slotted design enables quick and secure machine mounting through the central slot. Precisely ground at optimal 22° edge angle.
