Top dish (dished) slitter knives manufactured from O1 and D2 tool steel. Outer diameter range from 62mm to 250mm. Available in single bevel, double bevel and concave grinding profiles. Used in paper, film, foil, textile and packaging slitter rewinder machines.

Applications
Detailed Information
Top dish (dished top) knives work together with bottom knives in circular slitting systems, cutting material through the shear cut principle. The dished (dish) profile guides the material at the cutting line and ensures clean separation.
Grinding Types
- Single Bevel: One-sided grinding, precision cutting for thin materials. Standard on 62-68mm diameters.
- Double Bevel: Two-sided grinding, balanced cutting force for thick materials. Available on 75mm and above diameters.
- Concave: Concave grinding profile for special slitting applications. Made to order.
Steel Types
- O1 Tool Steel: Oil-hardening cold work steel. Good wear resistance, easy resharpening. For standard applications.
- D2 Tool Steel: High-chromium cold work steel. Superior wear resistance, extended blade life. For abrasive materials and high-volume production lines.
