Vent Cutter – Professional Poultry Evisceration Blade

The vent cutter is a cylindrical circular blade specifically designed for the evisceration stage of automated poultry processing lines. It precisely cuts the cloaca (vent) area to enable clean organ removal without contaminating the carcass.

Premium Material & Surface Quality

Manufactured from AISI 420 stainless steel hardened to HRC 50-54, ensuring outstanding corrosion resistance in high-moisture poultry processing environments. The food-grade polished surface finish of Ra ≤0.4 µm prevents bacterial adhesion and facilitates rapid CIP (Clean-in-Place) sanitation cycles.

Precision Circular Cutting Technology

The cylindrical circular blade design provides a consistent 360° cut around the vent area. Vacuum-assisted waste extraction works in tandem with the blade to remove excised material instantly, maintaining line hygiene and preventing cross-contamination.
