38x8x0.25mm AISI 420 stainless steel with PTFE (Teflon) coating. Polytetrafluoroethylene coating has one of the lowest known friction coefficients (~0.04). This non-stick surface prevents even the most adhesive materials from sticking to the cutting edge. Excellent performance in cutting adhesive tapes, silicone-based materials, and resin products. PTFE biocompatibility enables safe use in medical applications.
