Why This Product?

Non-Stick Ceramic Surface

Zirconium oxide ceramic structure provides clean cuts on adhesive films and labels without residue

Ultra-Long Cutting Life

Tungsten carbide HRC 90+ hardness delivers 15-20x longer life than standard steel blades

Burr-Free Precision Cutting

Lamella geometry and 1.0mm thickness provide burr-free cut lines on films and foils

Low Maintenance Cost

Extended blade life means fewer changeovers, less downtime and lower total cost

Applications

Film and foil slitting lines
Label and tape cutting machines
Paper and cardboard converting lines
Packaging machine cutting units
Aluminium foil cutting lines

Detailed Information

The B084.075 series lamella (leaf) blades are special geometry industrial blades manufactured in solid ceramic and solid tungsten carbide material options. With 84/80×7.5×1.0mm dimensions, they are designed for compatibility with slitter and cutting machines.

Material Options

  • Solid Ceramic – White (Zirconium Oxide / ZrO₂): HV 1200+ micro-hardness with a chemically inert, non-stick structure. Leaves no adhesive residue on film and foil cuts. Safe for food packaging cutting lines.
  • Solid Tungsten Carbide: HRC 90+ hardness delivering the highest wear resistance. Superior performance on abrasive materials and high-speed production lines.

Applications

Widely used in PE/PP/PET/PVC film and foil slitting lines, label and tape converting machines, paper and cardboard converting lines, cutting units of packaging machines, aluminium foil slitting lines and lamination machines.

Technical Details

The lamella (leaf) form features geometry optimised for thin, precision cuts. The 1.0mm thickness ensures vibration-free and burr-free cutting. 84mm total length with 80mm effective cutting length for compact slitter unit compatibility.
